Charming Parisian apartment

Welcome to Lara and Max! We are delighted to welcome you to our charming 9th arrondissement apartment which we put at your disposal during our holidays. Enjoy the warm atmosphere of our 65m2 apartment with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen open to the living room, located on the 4th floor of a classic Parisian building, without elevator. Ideally located near Rue des Martyrs, Pigalle, Montmartre, the Moulin Rouge as well as Boulevard Haussmann and its department stores. The space Our charming accommodation overlooks the courtyard (no outside disturbance), even with open windows and not overlooked. As soon as you enter the apartment, you will have at your disposal two hangers for your coats and a shoe cabinet. On your left, separate toilets with a small sink as well as a laundry area with a washing machine (if needed). The living room leads to a large fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher, microwave, fridge + freezer, oven, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine and toaster). A large designer bar and its two bar stools will allow you to have lunch if there are two of you, otherwise a dining table for 4 people will be at your disposal. The lounge area invites you to relax with its velvet sofa, library area and TV. A large hallway leads to two beautiful cozy bedrooms. Each has beds. In the first, a large 160 bed and in the second a folding 160 bench as well. The modern bathroom and its terrazzo will charm you with a functional shower and a vanity unit and its two large storage drawers. During your stay, you will have bath towels as well as sheets for the beds (everything is included). We don't allow pets, smokers to smoke within the accommodation or even the condominium. We also do not allow people outside the booking to stay, nor any parties. A guard is present on the premises 24 hours a day. Thank you for your understanding.
