Brooks Cottage is a charming, luxury stone-built retreat located in the heart of Shilbottle village. The local pub is just across the green and it is only a short walk to the nearby swimming pool, spa, and leisure facilities which are all complimentary for our guests. The cottage makes the perfect base for a relaxing getaway. The space The open-plan layout of the kitchen / sitting / dining room makes the cottage bright and airy. Cooking is by gas hob and electric oven. There is a wood-burning stove (free logs supplkied) as well as central heating. The modern kitchen has a dishwasher. There is a utility room with washing machine and drier, and a porch leads out to the garden. The cottage has one super-king bedroom and a large bathroom with bath and separate walk-in shower. There is a garden with a paved, sun-trap seating area with a barbecue. The parking is off-street. Brooks Cottage is a pet-free, non-smoking holiday cottage.
