Ave Maria offers everything you can possibly want without ever leaving the town. Naples beaches and 5th Ave. are 40 minutes away. The National is a gated community with 24 hour security. New amenities include golf, pro shop, tennis, Pickleball, bocce ball, fitness center, spa, pool and grill. Clubhouse building has begun. The space The home has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed with two walk-in closets and its own private bathroom with beautiful big shower. One of the secondary bedrooms has a queen bed and its own private bathroom with shower/tub. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a Jack and Jill bathroom in between the bedroom and the den/office, which also has a pullout couch and closet. Guest access The guests can use the entire home and yard. Other things to note If you would like to golf during your stay, I need to transfer the golf membership over to you during your time you must pay the golf cart fee every time you golf.
