The Nest (double bed)

My home is a cosy get away, tucked on the edge a small cotswold town. A stones throw to the fields and countryside. It's a spacious house, I welcome well behaved pets, and the beds are super comfy! The bathroom is shared, but will only be shared if I have guests staying, which is rare. It's roomy, with a huge shower (please squeegee after use so it's nice for the next person) & a whirlpool jet bath, that is wonderful to relax in. The space I have available 3 rooms: * King size bed with TV and fridge, and TV. Tea, coffee & coffee mate. Fruit. * Double bed. Tea, coffee & coffee mate. Fruit. * Small double and single bed, tea, coffee & coffee mate. Fruit. The bathroom is shared between all guests staying, it's unusual to have more than 1 room booked out at any given time, so chances are you'll have the bathroom to yourself. The bathroom has an enormous cubicle and powerful shower and a large whirlpool bath. Soft fluffy towels. Guest access 🟢 Guests have access to easy free parking. 🟢 Wifi BT- S5F8G8 3CLbJLphncRFGP 🟢 Their room, the guests large bathroom ( which may be shared with other guests if they are here ar the same time. However, this has not been a problem so far). 🟢 Downstairs toilet. 🟢 I have an hydration station upstairs, for Guests to use. fridge with milk. Kettle. tea, coffee, sugar etc. 🟢 Fruit. 🟢 Crockery & cutlery. 🟢 A laundry basket is also there for used towels/bedding. 🟢 Availability if you want bikes stored in my garage overnight. 🟢 If you wish to use the garden, please do. 🔴 Please note the kitchen, dining & sitting room, laundry and conservatory are not available for your use. During your stay I'm happy to chat and advise on local history and sights, places to visit. Other things to note TRAVEL: Northleach is very convenient for local bus routes. Pulhams Coaches run from nearby Bourton on the Water, and Stagecoach nationally, their time tables can be found online. There are bus stops in Northleach to Bourton on the water, Cirencester, Oxford and Cheltenham. Train stations are also conveniently close. Kingham is 10 miles Kemble is 13 miles Cheltenham is 13 miles Cheltenham Racecourse is 12 miles from Northleach, straight into Cheltenham in the A40. I am happy to help as much as reasionably possible with any pick ups or drop offs, at a pre arranged rate. The Cotswolds is here, come and visit!
