Our accommodation is suitable for business guests as well as for tourists who want to get to know the Rheinhessen wine region, take a boat trip across the Rhine to Bingen or pay a visit to the state capital Mainz. For bookings of at least 5 nights, we would like to welcome you with a surprise gift. You can already look forward to it ;-) The apartment is furnished to a very high standard and has a comfortable queen-size double bed, a smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and everything you need. You can store your clothes in the spacious wardrobe during your stay. You will also find a work area with high-speed WiFi and LAN in this studio - ideal for working from home. The modern bathroom has a shower, so you can enjoy your first wellness moment in the morning. Of course, we provide fresh towels and bathroom essentials. Of course, you can also use the couch to read a book, watch your favorite series or simply relax. The apartment comes with a free parking space, so you don't have to waste time looking for a parking space. The studio can be cleaned weekly or bi-weekly for an additional charge, including a change of bed linen and towels. Minimum stay is 1 night.
