Welcome to our beautiful, peaceful and refurbished apartment in the heart of Montmartre, nestled on the famous Rue Lamarck. Just a few minutes' walk from the fabulous Sacré Coeur. Whether you're coming to Paris for a romantic getaway, a business trip or a solo city break, our apartment is the perfect place to recharge your batteries while enjoying Parisian beauty The space Located on the 1st floor of a typical Parisian building (no elevator), this bright and newly renovated apartment is a haven of peace in the heart of Montmartre. Rue Lamark, where the apartment is located, is a quiet and picturesque street, just a short walk from the famous Sacré-Cœur Basilica. Upon entering the apartment, you will be immediately charmed by its warm and welcoming atmosphere. The living room, bathed in light thanks to its large windows, is tastefully furnished and has a comfortable sofa bed. A flat-screen TV is also available for your relaxing evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. There is a fridge, stove, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and washer-dryer. A dining table for four is also available in the living room. The bedroom, located at back of the apartment, is a real cocoon of tranquility. It is equipped with a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe to store your belongings. Linens and soft towels are provided. The bathroom, recently renovated, is equipped with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. A hairdryer is also available to guests. Finally, the apartment is equipped with free high-speed Wi-Fi and an electric heating system. We provide 2 portable fans during the summer period from May to September. Guest access The entire place is for you :) Possibility to leave luggage from 11:30 a.m. on the day of your arrival while the maid cleans, and return from 3 p.m. for check-in On the day of checkout at 11 a.m. you cannot leave your luggage in the apartment Other things to note Dear Guests, I would like to remind you that you are in a condominium, so we kindly ask you to respect the well-being of all occupants. Non-smokers and respectful of the premises. PARTIES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. Request for a security deposit by Airbnb, a fingerprint not charged by the bank.
