Self contained suite with a stunning view

A stunning en-suite double bedroom with its own sitting room, entrance and staircase within my family home. The bedroom has stunning views over the Kentish countryside. It is rooms in the main house but separate with private entrance, stairs, lounge (no kitchen) . Private off road parking. Conveniently located a few minutes drive from the world famous Sissinghurst Gardens, and 10 minutes walk to the restaurants and shops of Cranbrook. A lovely base to explore all the beauty of Kent The space An entirely self contained bedroom and sitting room. Light filled en suite bedroom with a Kingsize bed and small desk A lovely private sitting room for you to relax in with a fire and tv Please note there is no kitchen, but lots of places to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner close by. Only suitable for arrival by car There are two flights of stairs to reach the bedroom, but the view is wonderful. But could cause issues if you have mobility issues There is a friendly dog on the property . She won’t be in the self contained BnB but just to be aware in case of severe allergies Guest access Own entrance , staircase and sitting room. Other things to note Important - we are only suitable for visitors coming by car and please note we are not well served for taxis or public transport. If using public transport - the station is 5 miles away, you will need to book a taxi WELL in advance. We are not served well for cabs here. No ubers. If you want to book a cab for dinner etc, please do well in advance of your stay. MTC is our local company Please note that while the Airbnb suite is self contained and behind locked doors- it is rooms within my house, so sound will be heard through the locked connecting doors. As it is in my family home - I only allow visitors who have already been rated by other Airbnb hosts. That is why I have a pre approval process. So please only ask to stay if you have previously stayed in airbnbs - unless you explain in your message otherwise. There is a fridge to store wine etc in! I provide kettle, milk and tea and coffee making facilities I can offer breakfast in my side of the house or a breakfast basket delivery. Plus sandwiches or nibbles to have in your room. Menu available on request The stairs to the bedroom are quite steep so not suitable for people with mobility issues. The bathroom is ensuite with a shower. This is also a NO smoking property and of course no drugs or any illegal substances. I also have a dog who lives here. So while you won’t interact with her, you will hear barking, and be aware if you have a severe allergy to dogs, this is not suitable.
