Single family home in central St. Petersburg. Fully renovated and easy drive to either downtown or the beaches. Home includes a partially in ground pool and completely fenced in backyard in a family friendly neighborhood. The space We are in a quiet suburban neighborhood with families. We live in this house ourselves for some time throughout the year so we ask that you treat our home and neighbors as your own. The pool is swim at your own risk and it is deeper than it appears. If you have e children, please be mindful of this and do not leave them outside around the pool area unattended. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and garage.
