The space Once inside, this home is a perfect place for families and groups. It features a cozy living room with bursts of color, an opulent, well-equipped kitchen, and spacious rooms filled with various artworks sourced from our travels around the world. The living room has many games and a bookshelf with just under 100 books for your inner librarian. Relax on the sofa, hang out with your friends, and make yourself at home! It’s a welcoming and inviting space where you can kick back. The bedrooms are perfect for a great night’s sleep and have a desk for studying or working from home. The patio area is furnished with fairy lights, a BBQ, and a stylish, eclectic living area providing a homely, fun space for family time. The flat is located on the lower ground floor, the flight of stairs typically leads down from the ground level to the lower ground level, giving you easy access to this beautiful space. For the laundry fanatics, there is a washer-dryer in the kitchen tucked into a built-in cupboard in the kitchen plus a steam iron and ironing board are there for your use. Last but not least, there is a garden straight from the living and dining area to a beautiful fully furnished garden space for fresh air. Perfect for spring and summer, but even in the winter time, London does get quite a few sunny dry days and the space is a perfect south-facing sun trap to enjoy the winter sunshine. Please let me know if you need any special arrangements for children, we can provide a baby cot, bath, high chair on request, etc for a small fee. Self check-in is available via a key box, with check-in from 4:00 pm onwards. Please be mindful of noise after 11:00 pm. The garden is private, fully fenced, and secure, with access from both the kitchen and the master bedroom. We live nearby if you need assistance, but otherwise you’ll have complete privacy to enjoy the space. Please note that daytime parking is not permitted outside the property. Street parking is available overnight from 6:30 pm to 8:30 am (Monday to Friday). On Saturdays, parking is available after 6:30 pm, and Sundays offer free parking all day. Parking restrictions resume on Monday at 8:00 am. For luggage, guests may leave bags inside the property near the entry door only, to allow our team to work efficiently and avoid delays. Our standard cleaning fee covers a normal turnover. If the property is left with excessive trash, dirty dishes, stains on upholstery, or requires "heavy duty" cleaning, an additional fee will apply. ⏰ Late Check-out: £50 for every 30 minutes past 11:00 AM. Our cleaners operate on a tight schedule. Unauthorized late check-outs delay the cleaning process for the next guest. 🔑 Lost Keys / Lockouts: £50 + cost of replacement. If you lock yourself out and require a host or concierge to attend the property outside of check-in hours, a call-out fee applies. If keys are lost, the guest is liable for the full cost of replacing the lock/fobs. 🎉 Parties / Noise Complaints: £500 + immediate eviction. Strictly no parties or gatherings. If building security or neighbors report excessive noise or a party, you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund, and a penalty fee will be charged for the disruption.
