Close to the sea and undisturbed at Kivik

Undisturbed and scenic on beautiful Österlen is the house. It is 2-3 km to Vitemölla's white sandy beach. Within cycling distance are Brösarps backar, Haväng, Drakamöllan, Stenshuvud and Rörum with Mandelmann's gardens. In Kivik, 3 km away, there are shops, restaurants, galleries and a movie theater. Here you are close to everything but can still enjoy the silence and the birdsong. NOTE: The house is rented out for full calendar weeks, CHANGEOVER DAY SATURDAYS DURING JULY AND AUGUST. The space The house is secluded with another vacation home as the only neighbor. It is homey, simple but functional and well-equipped. In recent years, we have carefully renovated it with the old charm intact. On the ground floor there is a living room with dining area - pull-out table with space for 4-6 people - TV, DVD, Chromecast, Bluetooth speakers, fireplace and sofa set. Air heat pump provides heat or cooling as needed. There is a well-equipped kitchen and separate shower room with shower cabin. From the kitchen, a hallway leads to the backyard with cobblestones and views of the valley and sunset. Perfect for warm barbecue evenings. In the hallway there is a mini toilet and washing machine. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with double bed, stove and private toilet. From the hall on the front of the house, a steep staircase leads up to the attic with a sloping roof. There are two bedrooms with two beds each, in the larger bedroom one bed is 120 cm wide. In the secluded garden, you have wonderful views of pastures and valleys. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house. There are several seating areas. In the backyard there are bicycles and an outhouse with barbecue grill, firewood for the stoves, bicycle pump, sun loungers, etc. Other things to note The house is rented out weekly during peak season, changeover day Saturdays during July and August. Guests bring their own sheets, bath towels, and kitchen towels. Final cleaning is included in the rent, but the house must be left neat and tidy.
