Please prepare P3,000 cash /card upon check in, this will serve as the Security Deposit of your access card (Building access/pass) throughout your stay land this is (REFUNDABLE) upon move out & turn over of keys&card . 3. We only provide 1 access card for booking minimum of 3 days. If you wish to add extra access card you have to pay additional P300 (NON- REFUNDABLE)for the production cost and P3,000 Security Deposit ( REFUNDABLE). 4.Access card is non- transferable . Security Deposit is forfeited for lost access card. 5. Guests can access the fitness gym (37th Floor) Infinity Pool (36th Floor) for FREE. 6. Visitors are allowed but please advise them to bring valid ID and leave to the security in the entrance. 7. Partying inside the Unit is highly prohibited. Penalties for noise disturbance will be on the account of the guest. 8. NO hanging of clothes, any laundry in the balcony.
