Relax with your family at this peaceful place to stay. This beautiful apartments is located in a brand new building only a 2min walk away from the sea and beach. On the beach you will find 3 different beach clubs and a public beach area. The 50m2 apartment consists out of a living/dining area, a cosy bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony and is situated on the 3rd floor. Enjoy the beautiful views over the sea and green hills from your apartment and the balcony. The space The living/ dining room is equipped with dining table and chairs for 4 people. Also the well equipped kitchenette allows you to cook small meals at home. You will find a sofa bed, suitable for two people, in the living room. The cosy bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed (140cm wide). The big windows provide you with great views over the green hills and the sea. Other things to note Tourist Tax: Every guest needs to register WITHIN 24 HOURS AFTER ARRIVAL personally with an international ID (f.ex. a passport) at the tourist office and pay 1€ per guest per night. The tourist office is called "Turist biro Donja Lastva" (CMXP+5PQ, Donja Lastva, Montenegro) and is a 2min car drive or 20min walk away from the apartment. Washing machine: There is a washing machine at the location. You are welcome to use it upon request for an additional fee of €3,-.
