Villa with pool for 16+ guests

The space We look forward to welcoming you at our family friendly villa! The perfect place for a large group of friends to spend some relaxing days together or the extended family to have a special reunion! We have in total 9 bedrooms. Please note if you are 14 guests or less,only 7 bedrooms will be available to you (not room 8 or room 9) Bookings with 15 or more guests will have use of all the bedrooms. Bedroom 1: double bed, with bathroom across the corridor. Bedroom 2: double bed and single bed with shared bathroom across the corridor. Bedroom 3: double bed and single bed with shared bathroom across corridor. ** these 3 bedrooms are next to each other on the same floor, the only bedrooms that don't have stairs to get to the rooms) Bedroom 4: double bed and child's bed (2-6 years) with private bathroom down the corridor. Bedroom 5: double bed and ensuite bathroom Bedroom 6: 2 single beds and a wooden baby cot with ensuite bathroom ** these 3 bedrooms are upstairs and are all close to each other Bedroom 7: 3 single beds with own bathroom upstairs Bedroom 8: 3 bunk style beds sleeping 5 in total,not advised for young children as the top beds are very high. Ensuite bathroom. This bedroom is located on the lower ground floor, separate from the rest of the bedrooms. Bedroom 9: small double bed in a small guesthouse next to the pool. 5 metres from the main door of the big villa. Please note there are various staircases throughout the property, so be aware for small children/or guests with difficulty in walking. We do have 2 travel cots we can add to some of the bedrooms. There are 2 sitting rooms, one has a TV with Netflix. There are 2 fully equipped kitchens, with ovens/microwave/dishwasher/coffee machines/kettle and all the cleaning products you may need. There are 2 dining rooms, and a lovely terrace to relax on. You have a full large private garden, full fenced and gated. Also available is a private pool only for your use. You may access the private park behind the villa and use the tennis court (please bring your own equipment) In the villa there is a billiard table, outside a ping pong table and a football table. We hope you create some amazing memories here at this historical and peaceful villa. Other things to note The 2 kitchens must be left in a clean and tidy condition upon check out.
