The facilities are infinity swimming pool & fully equipped gym at the rooftop, paid laundry, supermarket, food court & a direct covered linkway to Sarawak General hospital at LG. The linkway to SGH is very convenient for those having treatment there or those who just want to enjoy the facilities & a great base to explore Kuching. The space The unit is tastefully furnished with two queen beds, huge wardrobe, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, dedicated space for work (table and chair) and a huge window for you to enjoy the outside view. The huge wardrobe and the kitchen facilities are great addition for long stay. We welcome those who wish to stay for a few weeks or months. Even with having two queen beds, the unit still feels spacious and you may comfortably pray and more than enough to place one prayer mat (sejadah). Guest access The whole unit is available for your own use. You may also access the public facilities like the infinity swimming pool, gym and 1 slot parking for free. Paid laundry, supermarket, food court and restaurant are available in the building for your convenience. Please note the general house rules in all our properties. 1) Follow the max numbers of persons allowed at the unit as stated in your booking details. 2) Only HALAL food (food based on pork/pig or lard are not allowed to be brought into the unit) and no alcoholic Beverages can be brought into the unit. 3).Please take off your shoes at the door and do not use your shoes inside the unit. 4) No pets are allowed in the property 5) No parties or events are to be held at the property. 6) Please wash the dishes after use and throw the rubbish properly at the rubbish bin provided. 7) Please keep the house clean. 8) Please switch off aircons, lights, and other electrical appliances when not in use. 9).Please check out by 12pm unless you have requested for late check out and the property is available for late check out. 10) Do not use the bath towels provided as your bathroom mat or to wipe the floor. 11) All our unit are strictly non-smoking units.
