Gite de Védrine

The Gite de Védrine is located in a small hamlet, in the heart of the Auvergne countryside. We have restored this old farmhouse to accommodate up to 15 people. Between stone and wood, come and enjoy the warm charm of this place to meet up with family. The south-east facing garden, not overlooked, is pleasant. Feel free to take a walk along the surrounding country roads. Spend a timeless weekend in this comfortable and serene space. The space The cottage is on 3 levels: * On the ground floor, you have an equipped kitchen area, with a large table to eat for up to 15 people. A separate toilet, a bedroom for 2 to 3 people with its own private bathroom. * On the 1st floor, 3 bedrooms (2 people each) with a shared bathroom. * On the 2nd floor, 1 bedroom for 2 people, 1 bedroom for 3 people, a sofa bed on the landing and a shared bathroom. The barn area adjoining the vacation rental includes 2 rooms of 90 m² each. * On the 1st floor: A room with kitchen, dining area and lounge area. * On the 2nd floor: an activity room, with lots of charm, in the attic that can be used as a play area, yoga room, dance... Outside: * A terrace with 2 tables to eat for up to 15 people * A barbecue (charcoal not included) * A garden with lawn and pétanque court (pétanque balls not provided) Guest access Parking is adjacent to the cottage. Please park diagonally on the location marked by a "Parking gite" sign. Other things to note * Bed linen is not included, remember to bring your own or rent it from us for €9/bed and €2/bath towel. (the dimensions of the double beds are 140 x 200 cm and the single beds 90 x 200 cm) * Pets are welcome provided they are clean and well-behaved, surcharge of €20/stay * A deposit check of €300 is required upon arrival * No noise after 9pm, to respect the neighbors
