All on one level with easy access and patio doors to an enclosed garden. Direct access to footpaths with the Malvern Hills a short drive away making it ideal for walking The pretty town of Upton upon Severn is just 3 miles away with speciality shops, riverside pubs and restaurants We welcome 2 well behaved dogs The space Living Area Spacious living area with electric wood burner, sofa bed, arm chair recliner, smart TV and dining area for 4. Patio doors to the garden. Dog bowls, towels and treats. Kitchen Modern well equipped kitchen. Includes electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge /freezer, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, iron. A welcome basket is provided with Tea, Coffee, Fresh milk and savoury and sweet treats. Bedroom Bedroom with king size bed extra pillows, blankets if needed, Radio, hair dryer. Bathroom Fully tiled bathroom with walk in shower. Outside space There is a small enclosed garden with seating. From the front of the cottage there is access to a footpath with seating where you can take in the amazing views and maybe watch the sunrise on a warm summer morning and listen to the bird song. Guest access The Old Dairy at Orchard Farm is 3 miles from the town of Upton upon Severn. Drive in past the bungalow to double gates where you can enter the yard and drive down to The Old Dairy on the left. There is plenty of parking on the right opposite the cottage. Other things to note Please be aware out here in the country there is patchy mobile signal and our wifi does drop out from time to time.
