𝐆𝐘𝐌 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐏𝐋𝐀𝐘𝐑𝐎𝐎𝐌 ▸ Our gym and playroom operate on a first-come, first-served basis. ▸ There's a P100 fee per hour during the weekdays, and P150 per hour during the weekends. ▸ Feel free to utilize these facilities during your stay, where you'll find a range of equipment including treadmills, stationary bicycles, dumbbells, and more. ▸ Additionally, enjoy our collection of board games, billiards, and a foosball table for added entertainment and relaxation. 𝐕𝐈𝐄𝐖𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐃𝐄𝐂𝐊 ▸ Guests have access to the entire condo! Access to the view deck situated on the 12th floor of the building is available to you. Kindly notify us in advance to arrange access, as it requires prior arrangements for viewing. Other things to note ▸ Please note: this is a residential community. We do ask you to kindly observe our community-enforced rules to ensure everyone, residents and visitors alike, enjoy a fun, safe, and peaceful experience! ▸ My caretaker will meet you at the lobby upon your arrival. ▸ Upon arrival, we will request a refundable security deposit of P1000 for possible incidentals, which will be returned during check-out. ▸ There'll be a P100 late check-in fee per hour if you'll arrive later than 6 pm. ▸ Please make sure you read our House Rules!
