You will have the privilege of a shared pool, perfect for cooling off and relaxing under the Caribbean sun, open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. In addition, for your convenience, each cabin is entitled to two exclusive parking spaces for your vehicles. A Paradise a Few Steps Away: Our Semi-Private Beach: The location is simply unbeatable. We are just 50 meters from the sea, a short and pleasant walk through a direct alley that will take you to the sand. The beach in front of the condominium is a semi-private gem, where most of the bathers are residents and guests of the condominium, guaranteeing a quiet and family atmosphere. While the condo doesn't have its own tents, you'll find friendly locals who rent them at affordable prices. For those who prefer a more natural option, the beach is adorned with numerous coconut sticks that offer excellent natural shade, so you can bring your own chairs and enjoy the sea breeze comfortably. Guest access Noise and Coexistence Policies: At Coveñas Inmobiliaria y Turismo, we strive to offer a relaxing and respectful atmosphere for the enjoyment of all our guests. To ensure everyone's peace and quiet, we have established the following noise and music policies: 1. Music on the Beach: We understand that the beach and music go hand in hand! If you enjoy a day of sun and sea on the beach near your accommodation, the use of sound devices with music is allowed, always maintaining a reasonable volume that does not excessively interfere with the experience of other bathers and visitors to the public area. We ask you to consider those around you and enjoy your music in a respectful manner. 2. Music and Sound on the Property and Common Areas: During the day (until 10:00 PM), guests can enjoy music and sound inside their apartment/cabin and in the common areas of the building or condominium (e.g. pool, social areas), as long as the volume is moderate and does not cause discomfort to other visitors and neighbors. 3. Quiet and Rest Hours (From 10:00 PM): From 10:00 PM until 8:00 AM, quiet and rest hours are established. During these hours, the volume of music, televisions, conversations, and any noise-generating activity should be significantly reduced. It is essential that the sound is moderate and does not disturb the tranquility of the other guests and residents, allowing a restful rest for all. Our goal is to ensure an atmosphere of peace for those seeking to relax and sleep. 4. Respectful Behavior: We ask all our guests to maintain respectful behavior at all times, avoiding shouting, excessive noise or activities that may disturb the peace of the environment, especially in corridors, stairs and access areas. Remember to share spaces with other people who also want to enjoy their stay. Pet Policy We love welcoming your furry companions! To ensure harmonious coexistence and the well-being of all our guests and neighbors, we have established the following guidelines for pets staying at our properties: Pets Welcome: Pets are accepted in the Canoas building. Pet Limit: A maximum of two (2) pets are allowed for this apartment. Additional Cost: For each pet, an additional charge of 20,000 COP applies. This amount is a one-time payment per stay, not per night. Cleaning Responsibility: It is the owner's obligation to immediately and properly collect their pet's waste (poop) in all areas and common areas of the building, condominium or around the cabin. We strongly urge you to use bags and deposit them in the designated trash containers. Constant Supervision: Pets must always be under the supervision of their owners, especially in common areas. Avoid causing inconvenience to other guests or damage to the premises.
