Ideal for those who are going to contest and/or postgraduate courses in the federal. Clean, organized and well-assembled environment. It does not have air conditioning. Condominium located at Av. Senador Antonio Mendes Canalle: bus lines and numerous shops nearby. 5 minutes from UFMS 8 mins from Rodoviária 25 minutes from the airport The space Living room with a pull-out sofa and TV with HDMI cable. Simple kitchen, but with an Airfryer Oven, popcorn maker and electric rice cooker available. Cutlery and basic utensils. Service area with washing machine and free-use cleaning products (for long-stay guests). Bedroom with queen size bed, 1.60m desk, coat rack, bedside table with towel and fleece quilt. 4 pillows. Bathroom shared with the hostess. Guest access The entire apartment, except for the host's bedroom. During your stay I will remain available online and in person throughout the stay. Other things to note The apartment has no air-conditioning. It is a simple property, but very well located, clean and safe.
