The space This is an Italian villa where attention to detail is seen in every space. Vaulted ceilings, antiques, amazing art throughout the villa. A really beautiful back yard with decks, grass and relaxing spaces. is yours to enjoy. Please, this is a NON-SMOKING property. There is an incredible full kitchen, dining room and living room, game/workout room, and theater room. So much for your senses to take in! The DaVinci suite has a queen size bed, access to the front courtyard, and a beautiful bathroom. The Caravaggio suite is larger, has its own full kitchen, has a sitting area, a queen size bed, it's own entry and access to the back patio. The Raphael Master suite is upstairs, is larger, has a king size bed, its own old world style bathroom, and a balcony overlooking the backyard. Please check with us on children and pets. There is parking for 6 cars within the gates at the front of the property. The back paved area behind the house will accommodate an extra 4 spaces. We have a horse and goat in the back stable area. You are welcome to interact with them over the fence. Either we or a caretaker will take care of them while you are our guests. Grocery stores and Restaurants are about 5 minutes away in Fallbrook. We're 3 minutes west of the I-15 freeway. Temecula Wine country with many vineyards is about 10 minutes away to the north. Beaches in Oceanside are about 30 minutes away to the west. Downtown San Diego, San Diego Zoo and Old Town are about 50 minutes away to the south. Hiking, and many other activities are available. Temecula has many activities. Wine tasting, balooning, horseback riding, Old town (stagecoach stop). A car is recommended for getting around Fallbrook and reaching San Diego destinations. We are two hours drive away from Los Angeles and about one hour away from Orange County. Oceanside which is 20 minutes away also has entertainment and dining. Bonsall is about 15 minutes away and has some good dining. Guest access You will have access to the whole house, the yard and surroundings. this includes a game room / workout room, and a theater room. But no access to the garage, the owners room, or workshop. Other things to note We have two permanent gusts in two cottages in the back yard. You are likely not to see them. Our blind guest has helpers come in periodically. Our other guest works full time. This home is on septic, so please nothing other than toilet paper in the toilets. No wipes or anything else. We do have a cat who stays in the owners room. Either we or someone else will come in the morning to take care of him. however we will not be in your space as we can access the owner's room separately. We also have a horse and goat. You are more than welcome to pet the horse. I have treats you can give them, just ask.
