Stay in a converted barn,an outbuilding to the rear of our 19th Century stone terrace. An open plan space with washroom,kitchen & bedroom the property is situated in the village of Brynsiencyn on the main coastal road through the South of the island. Our little cottage is a perfect stop off point if you have a busy itinerary or plan to visit some of our many local attractions. It is a comfortable and relaxing space which is in excellent vicinity of countless beauty spots The space The property is situated off the high street which runs through the village, the cottage is set back from the 20mph road through the village, placed at the bottom of our driveway. The space is perfect for a couple but also suited to singles or a small family. We can provide a futon and sheets, at the additional charge of £15 or this will be charged automatically when a third guest is added (3rd guest fee £15 per night.) . There is space for a travel cot which we may be able to supply free upon request. (Availability dependant) Please bring your own sheets. ** We do not allow electric vehicle charging on site, there is a charging port approximately 1 mile away at Halen mon Guest access The cottage has a small washroom comprising a modern electric power shower, hand basin, w.c. space for your toiletries and a heated towel rail. We include cruelty free/vegan solid soap and shampoo bars. There is free wifi and a smart TV. Electric radiators and an electric fire keep the place warm and cosy when required. The main double bed is suited to a couple and we also have an air bed which allows a third guest to stay. (For an additional charge) The kitchen boasts a modern air fryer, toaster, kettle, microwave, mini oven and plug in electric hob. All appliances including the hot water are powered by electricity. We are less than two miles from the Menai Straits water front and there are quiet country walks virtually on our doorstep. Other things to note We offer a comfortable, modern space with easy access to countless beauty spots and a stones throw from a fabulous day out. Neighbourhood- Brynsiencyn is a quiet village which boasts easy access to many local attractions. It’s important to note that the village of Brynsiencyn is not a tourist destination, although it’s walking distance from lots of tourist attractions. There is free on road parking in the village and in the car park at the top of the high street. We have parking on our driveway for one car. Guests can park one car beside the cottage but there is an extremely narrow entrance which is very tricky to navigate. There is also limited space for turning a vehicle so on site parking is advised only for smaller vehicles and at your own risk. There is a bus stop just down the road, train station in the next village and we can provide taxi information. The property itself is split level and sits at the top of an old quarry. There is an extremely high drop to the rear of the property, a wall runs around the perimeter- we ask that guests do not climb this wall for their own safety.
