Includes complimentary tea/coffee, shared bathroom in the main house, and access to a kitchen with fridge and microwave. Self-catering option available. Also has a access controlled pedestrian entrance to property. Guest are also given keys to this door. Under cover parking maybe available or ample parking space inside yard. Other things to note This room has a shared bathroom facility in passage on main. House Rules – Please Read Carefully • Pool Safety: Tiles around the pool may be slippery when wet. Please take care and use the area responsibly. • Noise Policy: No loud noise or disturbances. Quiet hours must be observed to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests. • Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms. Designated outdoor smoking areas are provided. • Alcohol: Alcohol may only be consumed in outdoor areas. Please note: Alcohol is strictly prohibited for online bookings. • Guests & Visitors: Only registered, paying guests are allowed on the property. Visitors are not permitted without prior approval. • Visitor Charges: If approved, guests of guests will incur an additional fee. Arrangements must be made with the owner in advance. • Damage & Cleaning Fees: Guests are liable for any damages, excessive cleaning needs, or replacement of stained linen (e.g., blood) or broken items. • Parties & Events: Events and parties are not allowed for online bookings. For special occasions, please contact the owner directly to discuss options and obtain prior approval. • Kitchen Use: Only guests who have selected and paid for the self-catering option are permitted to use the kitchen. Please clean up after use to maintain hygiene for all. • Cleaning Schedule: Cleaning is provided every second day.
