Nice accommodation in a high south-facing location with its own jetty, fantastic views of the water and good connections to central Stockholm. The house is spread over 3 floors with generous spaces and a nice patio that is well-suited for grilling and socializing. Waterfront property with its own jetty for swimming and a volleyball/soccer field, trampoline and ping pong table on site. Very close (50 m) is Storholmen's nice sandy beach. It is also possible to rent our rowboat. The space In the house there are three bedrooms. Two rooms with single beds upstairs and one room with a double bed. In the TV room on the lower floor there is a sofa bed suitable for two people. Laundry room and two bathrooms, one with a separate toilet. Fully-equipped kitchen in an open plan with the living room with high ceilings and lots of light. Patio and terrace are in close proximity to the kitchen. Guest access You have the whole house, garden and jetty completely to yourself. Other things to note Storholmen is a cozy car-free island where about 70 families live permanently. Central Stockholm can be reached via the municipal SL boat to Ropsten in 30 minutes and there you can choose to take the subway or continue by boat to Nybrokajen. The last boat back from Ropsten leaves at 10:40 pm. You can also take the SL boat over to Mor Annas Brygga on Lidingö (5 minutes) and from there, your own car about 15 minutes to central Stockholm. You can buy food in town and bring it on the SL boat, which has its jetty in close proximity (50 m) to the house. On the property, there is also a slack-line and a frisbee golf basket as well as a kubb game. Storholmen has a great restaurant, Storholmens sjökrog, which is within walking distance.
