Guests will enjoy easy access to many things from this centrally located place - walking distance to village amenities, Hockley woods as well as to train station bound for London Liverpool Street and Southend Central via airport. The space I created a space that represents my love for books and art & design and creativity in general, so it may not be to everyone’s taste. The guest room and en-suite bathroom are shown in the photos. Guest access The guest room has an adjacent study which can be requested before booking to adjust pricing. During your stay I’m usually at home and can be reached on my mobile if needed. Other things to note I have 2 dogs and 3 cats in the house. The cats are indoor cats and must not be let out through open doors and windows, so care must be taken. Also, to avoid any incidents whatsoever with the dogs, these will be confined in their room on the ground floor when the guest is using the main house. In any case, I’m around to take care of it all but I wanted to be clear regarding my pets. PS The dogs are quiet by nature (bar any initial excitement or foxes in the garden at dusk!)
