This 2-bedroom NON-SMOKING accommodation is an entire house of 60 m2 and 35 m2 of terrace, designed for those looking for a central, authentic and quiet base to visit the island. The accommodation is dedicated to families, we do not accept requests for more than 2 adults. Teleworkers: contact me before booking to explain your needs. The space Large windows let in natural light and allow 360° views from all living spaces. To the north, the bedrooms overlook a small residential cul-de-sac and enjoy views of Tinajo and in the distance La Graciosa and the Famara cliffs. To the west and south, the living area opens onto the Tinache volcano and its terraced fields and the clay-colored Montaña de Tinajo. We built this maisonette ourselves entirely out of wood! Powered by 12 kW of solar panels and equipped with a 2.4 kW EV charger, we are truly committed to renewable energy and resources. Guest access The 1400 m2 property consists of a garage-laundry and 5 independent apartments. We (myself, my husband and our 2 children) come weekly during the day for property maintenance. The laundry room is freely accessible for €3/wash, detergent included. Free parking and video surveillance is common to the entire property. Other things to note STRICTLY NON-SMOKING Indoor and Outdoor WiFi +/- 50 Mbps with optical fiber. Guests with an Electric Vehicle: the use of the charging station is free between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. It is charged 20cts/kWh outside these hours (e.g. 12 hours of charging at 1.2kW is 14.4kWh or €2.88). We use natural pest control methods, take care not to leave food that could attract pests. Note that despite all our preventive efforts, as we are in a rural environment, it happens (rarely!) that some cockroaches get lost in the kitchen. If this eventuality is unbearable to you, please do not book our accommodation. Similarly, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens in our accommodation and therefore will not be able to refund a cancellation related to an allergic reaction.
