This beautifully appointed 850 sq ft. residence features warm woods and is fully furnished with everything you need for a relaxing retreat. Come relax & then go out and play ! The space Enjoy gorgeous sunsets from the balcony. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need with a full size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher , pots & pans. There is a 12 cup coffee maker in the pantry with filters . Kitchen spices, paper towels, dishwasher tabs, to get you started. There is a BBQ grill on the back patio. The bedroom has beautiful lake views. The comfortable queen size bed with fresh linens and pillows will make for a good nights sleep. The ensuite bathroom is complete with bathtub/ shower with towels and toiletries. A small 2nd bathroom with a shower is off the living room . The couch in front of the fireplace folds out as a sleeper sofa . Guest access Getting into the condo there are 6 steps to go down. We are a quick 10 minute drive into downtown Bemus Point with lots of restaurants and shops. The National Comedy Center is 25 minute drive. The Chautauqua Institute 20 minutes. Grocery shopping is easy with a Tops food market within 10 minutes. Activities abound: fishing, hiking, pickle ball, taking a ride on the Chautauqua Belle. Evergreen Outfitters in Mayville for renting Bikes or Kayaks. Other things to note We provide access to the building through electronic lock codes, hence arrival and departure become very convenient and independent. We provide cell numbers for confidence during your stay that any requests will be promptly responded to. Central air conditioning & heat. We also provide a bundle of firewood for the fireplace. We do not provide a dock slip , but Chautauqua marina is a 10 minute drive. Various boat launches within minutes. BYOBOAT!
