Options abound from this sweet location! The space This is a super cute 2Br 1 Ba home. Approximately 1,000 sq feet. Both bedrooms have comfy queen beds with firm memory foam mattresses and high thread count, luxury hotel quality bedding. The kitchen is equipped with gas stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker (and enough coffee for a 2-3 day stay), Brita Filter Pitcher, toaster, blender all cooking needs and washer & dryer. The house has central heating, along with a mini split unit in the living room for heating and cooling, and both bedrooms have window ac units. Fans are provided for both bedrooms and the living room as well. The SmartTV is 50" and offers streaming from your accounts on all applications. The house sits on 1/2 acre in a quiet, clean working class neighborhood. There is a fire pit in the backyard with Adirondacks, a Weber gas grill on the patio with a dining table and chairs and several outside games. It is an easy 5 minute walk into downtown Sedro Woolley, a quaint old fashioned logging town, with many shops and restaurants on offer. It is a 50-90 minute drive to North Cascades National Park depending upon time of day and traffic. Guest access The entire house and yard space is yours to use with the exception of the following: You will not have access to one small supply closet locked in the house and the shed in the back yard.
