A shared house in the heart of Palermo, with 5 very large, private rooms with double beds, to live the co-living experience with young students from all over the world. Fully equipped and furnished house, ready to live for monthly stays, with all services included. Ideal for exchange students, unbeatable location, and everything designed to live comfortably and study quietly. The space The room is super large. It is private, with a large bed, and equipped with a closet, hangers, desk, chair, lamps and bedding included. You will have your own key to securely lock your room, and be able to enter and leave the house whenever you want. The rest of the house is shared with other young students. They share a bathroom, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen available 24/7. You also have a washing machine. In addition, there is a very large terrace, with lots of sun, with a grill, chairs, table and shade to enjoy the outdoors. Guest access Each guest will have their own access key to the house and their private room. Your room has a double bed, with all the corresponding bedding, bedside table, closet, desk with chair and light, and window. It also includes a fan and electric heating. In the common areas, there is a dining room, 1 full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, kettle, utensils, pots, and everything you need. A washing machine and cleaning supplies are also available. The terrace is also available for guests to use. During your stay We are a family that has been managing student houses for 8 years. There is a whole team that, although we do not live in the house, we are permanently available for whatever is needed. Other things to note Includes cleaning staff, 2 or 3 times a week. And it also has maintenance personnel, for any inconvenience that may arise. In some common areas, such as the house door and the terrace, there is a security camera, which only the administrator can access, to take care of the house and the guests. Large bath towels are NOT included. For hygiene reasons, those towels are the responsibility and property of each guest. We only provide one "hand" towel in each bathroom. But towels are NOT provided for each guest.
