The Space & Bedrooms Accommodations: Offers 3 to 5 air-conditioned bedrooms, all fitted with private toilets, baths, and electric fans. Room 1 - ground flr 2 double bed ( 4 persons) Room 2- 2nd flr - 3 double bed (6 person) Room 3 - 2nd flr - 3 double bed( 6 persons) Bedding: Features hotel-quality queen-size beds and premium white linens. Layout: Includes a Ground Floor room (4-pax capacity) for easy access and spacious 2nd-floor rooms for larger groups. Premium Amenities Pools: 5ft Main Pool and a relaxing Jacuzzi (1 hour free). Activities: Professional Billiards, Pool Table, Foosball, and Kiddie Basketball. Entertainment: Dedicated air-conditioned Videoke room for unlimited singing (volume lowered after 10:00 PM) and high-speed PLDT Fiber Wi-Fi. Kitchen & Dining Fully Equipped: Refrigerator, Microwave, Kettle, Rice Cooker, Griller, and Hot/Cold Water Dispenser. Cooking: Stove, pots, pans, and utensils are provided. Dishwashing liquid and hand soap are also included. Free for Weekend Guests: Your stay includes free LPG and a gallon of mineral water (₱500 total value). Guest access When you book Gaille’s Place, you enjoy 100% exclusive and private access to the entire resort and all its amenities. To ensure the best value, we offer tiered access based on your group size: Weekday Access: Standard 3-bedroom release for up to 16 guests. Weekend Access: 4 to 5 bedroom release for 20–25 guests. Flexible Capacity for Additional Guests: ₱500 per head beyond the included capacity. Extra mattresses provided upon request. (3kids below 7yrs old are free) 4+ extra paid guests release the additional rooms Requesting for additional rooms may be opened for ₱2,000 per room (includes capacity for 4 extra guests per room). Privacy Guaranteed: We never host multiple groups at once; the villa is yours alone for the duration of your stay. Other things to note Parking: Secure curbside parking along the property perimeter for up to 4 cars. Safety & Security Waiver: As a resort villa, please exercise caution as pool areas may be slippery. A waiver is required upon arrival. CCTV: 24-hour security cameras are active in all public spaces (none in bedrooms). Security: Please keep the main gate and all villa doors closed at all times. Items to Bring (Stuff we do NOT provide) Dining: Plates, spoons, forks, and cups (Disposables recommended). Personal: Towels, tissue, soap, and shampoo. Pet Policy ₱300 per pet (small breeds). Must wear diapers and leashes. Strictly no bedroom access (a fine of ₱1000 will be charged) Fees & Scheduling Check-in/Out: 7:00 PM – 4:00 PM (Max 22-hour stay). Extensions at ₱1,000/hr. Jacuzzi: ₱300/hr after the first free hour. LPG: ₱400 (applicable for weekday guests only) Gallon of Mineral Water: ₱100 (applicable for weekday guests only) Waste Deposit: ₱500 refundable fee required. We strictly practice waste segregation; the fee is refunded upon checkout if trash is properly labeled and binned. Event Fees: ₱1,000 each for external Catering, Mobile Bar, or Mobile Sounds (Sounds until 10:00 PM only).
