Bright modern terraced house with plenty of living space downstairs to relax in. A good size double bedroom with own wardrobe. Garden for warmer days, well equipped kitchen to use for cooking meals, open plan space to relax in. Easy access to Bham City Centre/QE hospital . On road parking available & supported by good bus network. Walking distance to both Harborne/Bearwood High Streets. Good wifi and a desk or dining table in the kitchen to work from. I live here alone with 2 cats. The space 3 bedroom terraced house with an open plan kitchen/dining and sitting room area which is all for shared use. Shared bathroom shared with myself so just 1 other adult and a separate downstairs toilet. I have a separate front living room which i use so allows for own space. Bedroom has double bed with an Eve mattress and wardrobe and chair. Good size garden for warmer weather. Free on road parking available (no restrictions or permits required but no liability can be accepted as this is a public road). Good network links: City Centre 3.5 miles and no 24, bus stop from bottom of the road. QE Hospital & Birmingham University approx 2 miles and 2 bus routes no 48 & no 11 again bus stop top of the road. Good Wifi in property and there is a desk in the kitchen with a monitor that can be used if i am not working from home ( I work from property 2 days a week) Guest access Bedroom, bathroom, open plan kitchen/dining/sitting room area. Kitchen has oven, microwave, air fryer and most other things you could need including washing machine and dishwasher. During your stay I am happy to help with any questions or advice. Other things to note Fur babies live in the house, 2 cats, both friendly. both more on timid side and 1 thinks every lap is a place for her to sit.
