MangoTree is one of our 4 independent cottages at Casa Meranka. A perfect cosy home within the Casa Meranka Guesthouse. It has it's own private outdoor dining area and shares two luscious green courtyards, providing your own quiet home from home while also offering spaces to share special moments with others Included are weekly yoga and meditation sessions, also the chance to join other diverse events such as singing and sharing circles etc Retreat Yourself season Jan- April ADULT ONLY (16+) The space Casa Meranka is nestled in amongst the charming village of Figueira, just a 15 minute beautiful winding walk to a stunning beach. Within the pink walls, there are four charming cottages and one larger, Bay tree house, where in the Retreat Yourself season you can join our weekly yoga and meditation sessions or one of the diverse gatherings hosted there, such as singing circles, Women's circle etc. Because in the Retreat Yourself season we aim to retreat yourself, we ask the digit nomads to work inside the cottage and keep the communal places work free so we encourage to find balance between work and being in the place.. Lush, green courtyards, birdsong, fruit trees and fresh herbs, the outside lounges and swimming pool all give Casa Meranka the perfect ingredients to invite you to slow down, recharge yourself and enjoy the local lifestyle. In the village there are local retraurants, homemade pizza and a great, little, organic cafe for delicious homemade dishes, cake and coffee. Other things to note We have two seasons at Casa Meranka; ✣ Retreat Yourself season, Jan-April, (Adults 16+) For us this part of the season is very magical. Not only because everything has slowed down after a busy summer season but also due to the fresh mornings, green landscape, empty beaches and the calm energy that allows us to take time to slow down. We created Casa Meranka’s Retreat Yourself season not only to slow down, reflect and recharge but also to explore, discover and express ourselves. We offer a home from home experience in beautiful surroundings and abundant nature. Space for yourself to feel into your own needs. Enjoy hiking over the hills, reading, writing, painting, a surf, join a workshop or simply just be… Included are weekly yoga and meditation sessions to support you in coming into the body and to help create the space to feel into you own needs. Stay for a week or settle in for a month at Casa Meranka with your own space, at your own pace. Just minutes from the beach, Casa Meranka is located in the heart of Figueira.
