It was renovated in the 1980s and gently renovated in 2023, so it now offers a perfect blend of nostalgic flair and modern comfort. The living area impresses with its unique atmosphere: The walls made of wall wood were left in the old style to preserve the authentic character. Here you will immediately feel at home, surrounded by a warm, rustic charisma that tells stories from past decades. Despite the historic ambiance, you don't have to do without modern comforts. The stylish, new furniture offers you everything you need for a relaxing stay. Here you will find a comfortable bed that invites you to relax and dream. Particularly noteworthy is the wonderful view to the south, which you can enjoy directly from the bed. Be enchanted by the sight of the picturesque landscape, be it at sunrise or when looking at the starry sky. A second bed can be found behind a sliding frosted glass wall, which offers you an equally perfect retreat to fully enjoy your vacation. And don't worry, if you open your eyes in the morning and find that you are still in this paradise, it is not a dream – it is just our bedroom. vorna Outside is the most beautiful! The outdoor seating area? Not just a place, but a mini-vacation for the senses. Welcome to our little outdoor oasis with the typical stone walls that embrace the surroundings with rustic charm. Let the warming morning sun greet you at the breakfast table or enjoy a glass of Heida wine in the evening, carefully produced by the nearby winery, which refines the moment and makes you completely forget the hiking or biking strains of the day. Guest access To Unterstalden (hamlet near Visp towards Visperterminen) you can easily arrive by car or public transport, as you wish. ​ Arriving by car: Once you arrive in the town of Visp and have done your last shopping, drive towards Visperterminen. After a 6- to 7-minute drive, you will find public, paid parking right next to the St. Jodernkellerei and if these are occupied, shortly after the local sign Unterstalden, there are still more at the exit of the hamlet. After parking, it is only a 5-minute walk to the apartment. The post office in the hamlet of Unterstalden is suitable for a short unloading of luggage. Please do not stop at the private parking spaces or park the car. For longer stays, we recommend the parking card of the municipality, with which you can park at a reduced rate in all public parking spaces throughout the entire municipality. We will be happy to provide you with the card in advance - please just let us know. ​ Arrival by public transport: Visp is actually quite easy and quick to reach from anywhere by train. Here you take for approx. 8-minute bus ride (Postbus) from Visp train station towards Visperterminen to the Unterstalden stop. From there, you will have reached your destination in a 3-minute walk. Other things to note Tourist taxes These are included for two people in the basic price. The guest cards with various tourism offers and discounts are created by me in advance and are available for you on the kitchen table at the start of your vacation.
