Important: Temporary rental only for tourism, vacation, leisure, or recreation. This apartment is rented exclusively for temporary stays for the purposes of tourism, vacation, leisure, or recreation, in accordance with the regulations in force in Catalonia, in particular Law 11/2025, of December 29, on urgent measures to control rents and regulate residential leases, which requires proof of the reason for the temporary nature of seasonal leases. Bookings for primary residence, long-term stays, work, studies, internships, relocation, or any purposes other than vacation or recreational use are not allowed. Minimum stay: 32 nights To finalize the reservation and stay at this apartment, it is mandatory to sign a seasonal rental agreement on the day of check-in. In addition, before check-in, all guests will be required to provide the necessary documentation to prove that the purpose of their stay is exclusively for tourism, vacation, or leisure, as required by current regulations. Mandatory documentation before check-in Copy of the passport or ID of all persons who will be staying in the apartment. Document proving an address of habitual or permanent residence outside of Barcelona, for example: rental agreement, utility bill, or property deed. Documentation proving that the reason for the temporary stay is exclusively for tourism, vacation, leisure, or recreation. Mandatory signature of a declaration of responsibility confirming that the purpose of the stay is exclusively for tourism, vacation, or recreation, and that all documentation provided is true, accurate, and in accordance with reality. Examples of documentation that may be requested Among other documents, guests may be asked to provide round-trip tickets, travel reservations, proof of residence abroad, a rental agreement for their primary residence outside Barcelona, a deed or document proving ownership of a property abroad or in another city, or any other document that sufficiently demonstrates that their stay in Barcelona is purely temporary and for vacation or recreational purposes. Very important In accordance with current regulations, if the reason for the temporary nature of the stay is not properly documented, the contract may be considered a rental of a primary residence, which would constitute a legal breach. For this reason, the reservation can only be confirmed and finalized if all the requested documentation is provided within the specified period. Otherwise, the booking may not be accepted or may be canceled. Key handover and check-in Key collection takes place exclusively at our office in Barcelona, not at the apartment. The office is open daily from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and key pickup can only take place during those hours. Before coming to the office, you must have previously completed all the required documentation, including signing the temporary lease agreement and the affidavit of liability, all online where applicable. In addition, before coming to pick up the keys, guests must first check whether the apartment is available. Check-in is possible after 11:00 a.m., but only if the apartment is ready and available on that day. House Rules and Apartment Conditions Loud music and fiestas are strictly forbidden. If loud music is played or a party is held and neighbors complain, this may result in immediate removal from the apartment without the right to a refund. No smoking in any area of the apartment. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on the balcony, on the terrace, or in any outdoor or indoor area connected to the property. Failure to comply with this rule may result in penalties, the loss of the security deposit, and, if applicable, immediate removal from the apartment without the right to a refund. Check out 11 AM If you would like to inquire about the possibility of a later check-out, you will need to contact us one day before check-out, and we will let you know if it is possible, subject to availability. For reservations or rentals of more than 30 nights, water and electricity utilities are not included in the rental price. The cost of these supplies is €210 for every 30 nights, and must be paid separately after booking, directly to Barcelonaforrent Apartments. We are not responsible for noise coming from outside the apartment. Likewise, the tenant must allow the landlord, the property manager, or authorized personnel access to the property when necessary to carry out inspections, repairs, or showings to prospective tenants, always in accordance with the legally applicable terms.
