The space The apartment is newly built (2019), very bright and airy. To access the accommodation there is a staircase of 7 steps visible from the photos and illuminated in case of night passage. The accommodation is also equipped with a lockable garage, but since access is preceded by a steep descent that leads to the garage area, it is advisable to indicate the type of vehicle for the appropriate checks. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and air conditioning in all rooms. The windows also have a hopper opening, mosquito nets and shutters with flap. The accommodation sleeps 4, but since one bed is foldaway (pull-out), a number of guests not exceeding 3 is preferable, unless otherwise agreed. Upon specific request, it is possible to add a crib and everything you need to accommodate small children, just notify us well in advance so that we can arrange everything. Sheets and towels are provided, and upon arrival you will find the beds ready! The kitchen is well equipped with pots, dishes and appliances (refrigerator with freezer, electric oven, gas stove with thermocouple, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, chopper, immersion blender...) and you will also find a small supply of everything you need to cook (oil, vinegar, salt, sugar...). In the bedroom you will find a desk and a comfortable armchair for your work as well as WiFi service, you will also have useful numbers and information on events related to the period of your stay. The front terrace is used as a sunbathing area with deck chairs, water pump and sink, while on the balcony, equipped with an awning, you can find a comfortable place to relax or enjoy a breakfast or snack. The entire apartment is cleaned and sanitized after each check-out: in addition to sheets and towels, all pillows, carpets and other textile materials are washed and disinfected for the safety and well-being of all.
