Originally designed by an experimental landscape architect in the 1990s and gut-renovated in 2023 with regenerative design principles, everything is brand new and locally crafted on site. The indoor-outdoor living is magnificent and offers opportunities to connect with the rhythm of nature at all hours. The space This is an eco- luxury lodge. Every detail was an intentional choice to give you a designed experience. 2 king-size bedrooms with fans and natural cross ventilation (no AC to keep environmental footprint reduced ) 1 indoor bathroom with toilet, 2 sinks and shower. 2 outdoor showers. 1 1/2 bath with toilet and sink semi-outdoor. Open modern kitchen and living room with ocean view. Outdoor sunset lounge and wood BBQ. Starlink internet covers whole property. Many different beautiful outdoor sitting areas for reading, hanging out , yoga, bird watching that are private and relaxing. Incredible local plants and flowers and monkey friends that visit. A small orchard with tropical fruits for guests - papaya, mango, yuca, star fruit, bananas, lemons, moringa and many more. Plunge pool with amazing views. End of a quiet country road. A car is needed. 7 minutes drive to main surf break of Playa Grande and Las Baulas National Park. Guest access The entire property is extremely private and for guests only. It is gated for privacy. You have over 50,000 sf ( 5000 m2) all to yourself. Other things to note This is a place to disconnect from your busy life and connect with nature. There is no television and no AC by design. The house has natural ventilation and is meant for you to be in comfort in the jungle of Guanacaste. The rain, the breeze, the sun are all part of what makes this place special and we want people to connect with it not separate from it. This is a Guanacaste experience.
