The almost 250-year-old Obere Haus Scarpatetti, on the ground floor of which the apartment is located, has great charm and countless special features. It was extensively renovated from May 2023 to May 2024 and tells its very own, long-standing story - room by room. As one of the former residences of the politician and officer family of the same name, the house is one of the most important, profane and repeatedly honored architectural monuments of the Oberhalbstein in the relevant specialist literature. The space The ground floor apartment in the Upper House Scarpatetti offers the ideal place for cozy hours after a long mountain hike or a sporty day on the ski slopes of Savognino. The apartment is the perfect retreat for six guests who want to spend their holidays directly in the mountains. In addition to three separate bedrooms (two rooms with double beds and one room with two single beds), the apartment has two bathrooms (one with shower and toilet and one with shower tub and toilet as well as washing machine and tumble dryer), a generously equipped kitchen, and the heart of the apartment - a cozy living room with a large dining table. The spacious corridor with its historic cross vault and its impressive stone floor is the central element of the apartment, from which you can reach all the rooms. It also has a cozy seating area at the back for an aperitif after a cold day on the ski slopes. Based on the historical use and construction, a wooden extension was built, which can be found in the back of the apartment and represents a kind of conservatory - with another seating area for reading and warming up. Guest access The entire apartment is at the disposal of our guests, all rooms are accessible. There is also the possibility of using the shared garden of the house, for example, for a cozy breakfast or an aperitif in the early evening – the apartment has its own garden seating area with direct access from the kitchen.
