Relax with the whole family in this quiet accommodation. Park the car and do everything on foot! Great house, well located, close to the shopping center, the squares and the beach. Lots of greenery, a swimming pool and a fire pit. Fully equipped house, 1 suite, 1 bedroom, living room, kitchen, social bathroom, balcony with blindex and toilet next to the pool. Ideal for families who just want to get rest and enjoy! Air conditioning in the bedrooms! Other things to note 📣📣*ATTENTION TO CHILDREN IN THE POOL. Use of buoys and adult supervision required. 🚫 PARTIES, EVENTS, ABSURDLY LOUD SOUND, LOW-QUALITY MUSIC, HIRING PAGODE GROUPS, LIVE MUSIC ARE PROHIBITED. ➡️ The house is EXCLUSIVELY for the use of the guests who are described in the reservation. 🕝Check-in at 12 noon  and checkout at 3 p.m. 🚨Check-in and check-out times have been carefully defined with the logistics of cleaning between one reservation and another in mind, in order to maintain the standard of cleanliness and care necessary for each traveler, we ask for everyone's understanding and attention to schedules. 🛏 Bed linen, bath towels and pillows are provided for each guest in the apartment.  If you are bringing your own, please let us know so we don't put in too many and get in the way and take up space during your stay.😉 [In the suite bed box, there are 2 sets of sheets, 2 towels and 2 blankets, which are for the use of the 2 sofa beds in the living room. ] Please do not use the towels to remove makeup. 📣If you are going to receive a visitor, please let us know beforehand. No overnight stays in the house. 🗑Collect all the trash before checking out of the house, leave the dishes washed and do not leave food scraps in pots. The trash can is outside (street), near the gate. The garbage collector comes by on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. 🔕Respect quiet hours before 10 a.m. and after 9 p.m. The use of absurdly loud sound is prohibited. After 1 a.m., the sound must be turned off. 💡voltage 110v 🚰 The water supply of the house is done automatically by the "Aguas do Rio" concessionaire at hourly intervals. Therefore, if it is necessary to fill the water tank, well water can be used. Well usage information: [In front of the back bedroom window, there is an iron valve cover: (1). close the street water valve (gray), (2). open the well water valve (brown) and (3) turn on the pump switch located in the little house behind the orange tree, manually for a maximum of 40 minutes]. After this operation, return the valves to their original position. ❄️ The air conditioners are powerful, being too strong for the rooms, I advise you to keep the temperature between 20° and 23°, so that there is no accumulation of humidity in the rooms.
