Hilltop Homestead with a view

Tucked away on acreage in eclectic East Austin, our homestead offers a unique getaway experience. You'll have access to our two thoughtfully updated 2/1 bungalows (sleeping up to 9) along with a saltwater plunge pool, sauna, & outdoor gym space. Both houses have stocked kitchens, full baths, & designated work spaces. You'll not only be able to take a hike on the nearby trails and make friends with some of our resident animals, but downtown and other Austin hot spots are just a short drive away. The space The front house is a 2/1 with a bathtub/shower. One bedroom has a king bed and designated work space. The other bedroom has a queen bed. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, TV. The back house is a 2/1 with a loft space, walk in shower and clawfoot tub. One bedroom has a king bed. One bedroom has a queen bed. Full kitchen, washer/dryer. The loft has a large couch, TV, Peleton bike, secretary desk and twin daybed. The outdoor space has a 5 foot saltwater plunge pool, barrel sauna, and cabana/gym space with a grill. Guest access You'll have access to both houses and the outdoor space. Other things to note No children unattended upstairs. No children unattended in the pool area. No children in the sauna. Children are welcome, but not unattended in the pool area. No children in the sauna. We have free-ranging chickens and turkeys that live on the property. They might walk up to you or poop on the porch/deck. There is chicken poop in the yard. No photography or commercial work without a separate signed agreement.
