A 10-minute walk from Piazza del Plebiscito and Palazzo Reale, and from the central Via Toledo (M1). It is located on the fourth floor and unfortunately, being the old building, there is no elevator, but the stairs are not high. The WiFi, with internet, is free, and we provide clean towels and linen. The house is comfortable and intimate, has a kitchen with a kitchenette, balcony and bathroom, in addition to the mezzanine with a double bed, accessible by a comfortable staircase. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, but it does not have a bidet. It also has a comfortable living room with a sofa bed and a second balcony. The double bed is on the mezzanine, which is reached by a staircase. The bathroom is small. There is a water heater, do not overdo the length of the showers, otherwise it will take time to have hot water again. If you use the 2 air conditioners, please pay attention to the 2 tanks in which the waste water is collected: they must be emptied regularly so as not to disturb the condominiums below.
