Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home located on stunning Mummaga Lake, within walking distance to the beach. The house has a single car secure garage which is perfect to secure your bikes, car or other bulky items. The space Our home is perfect for a family holiday with plenty of room for all with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms over two floors with an open plan kitchen and living room. A rumpus room downstairs has a pull out sofa bed so a total of 8 people can comfortably stay. The house has wifi and a Google Chromecast for the home theatre in the rumpus room. The kitchen has all you could need with large fridge, gas cooktop, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, air fryer, microwave and cooking utensils. And if you don't feel like cooking, Club Dalmeny and the Big Niles Brewery are only a 10 minute walk and offer a range of dining options for the whole family. Big Niles has regular food vans and live music - we highly recommend a visit during your stay. Narooma is a 10 minute drive offering a range of options and activities for you to explore. If you would like transport, we have included details for a private taxi service in the area we highly recommend (Chris's Passenger Service via Google - text message and bookings are required). The expansive backyard is available for guests to camp or bring caravans to accomodate larger family/friend gatherings. Please advise if you would like to use the backyard for camping. Please be respectful of our neighbours. A single car secure garage is available to store your car, boat, bikes or anything else you bring along. Not only are the views spectacular from the two verandas, but it is the perfect spot for outdoor entertaining, with seating and a BBQ.
