The space The house is backing to a beautiful park with a tennis court right there in the neighborhood. There is also a gym with the membership paid by the owner and you can access the gym from 5 am to mid night every day of the week. The beautiful pool with a good size water park (for both adults and kids) is right there at the back of the house, open all day in the summer and there is another great pool in the neighborhood open year round with swim at your own risk.
