Breakfast is NOT included, but feel free to use what we have in the house. Market nearby. The space 👉 The common areas of the house (kitchen and living room) will be shared with me and my partner. The main destinations (approximate times) are: → Milan (direct train): 40 minutes Stops at the main interchange stations with the subway and overground transport; → Como (train): 1 hour Trains to Saronno and from there direct train to Como to the terminal ("Como Lago"). You arrive right in front of the lake and within walking distance of the city center. → Rho Fieramilano (train + metro): 45 minutes/1 hour Trains to "Milano Lancetti" or "Milano Porta Garibaldi" and from there trains every 15 minutes to get directly to the Fair. → Rho Fieramilano (car): 15 minutes. 👉 Trains to the various destinations run from 6:00 a.m. until midnight every 15 minutes. Outside of these hours, only taxis or Uber. Guest access You will have the keys to the apartment and, if you have a car, also the remote control for the private parking lot. Your stay includes: ROOM: sheets, pillowcases and blankets. The bed is a double bed: it is NOT possible to have two separate single beds. BATHROOM: hand soap, toilet paper, hairdryer and towels for each guest. The bedroom and bathroom at your disposal are separated from the living room by a second door to ensure greater privacy and soundproofing in the evening and at night. During the day you may need to enter the room adjacent to the bedroom: it is a study where there are books, computers and printer necessary for my work and that of my partner. KITCHEN (common area): a refrigerator shelf and a freezer drawer. A Nespresso coffee machine with pods, a kettle and a microwave are available. With prior notice, you can use the kitchen to prepare your food if you need to. Please note that smoking is PROHIBITED inside the house. You can only smoke outdoors on the two balconies. We try to maintain a clean and healthy environment for all our guests. Although we love pets, there are none in the house and we do not accept them. The house is not suitable for hosting infants and young children (< 12 years). As per the instructions of the Police, it is allowed to host minors only if accompanied by an adult who is the parent or with a proxy signed by the parents and a copy of their identity documents. At check-in, it is mandatory to provide all guests' identification documents. During your stay We really love hosting, getting to know new cultures and people, and sharing experiences. At the same time, we understand and respect those who prefer more privacy. We will always be present for any need, but we will leave you the freedom to experience your stay the way you prefer. The important thing for us is that you feel at home! In addition to Italian, we can also express ourselves in simple English. We're always curious to learn new languages, so feel free to share your language skills with us! I'm always available by phone (Airbnb App only). I work from home at least three days a week, which means I'm practically always available in person to answer your questions or assist you with any needs. Other things to note Nearby, a short distance away, you will find restaurants/pizzerias, bars, supermarkets, a pharmacy, pubs, a bank, and a newsstand offering a wide range of options to meet every need. By car, you can easily reach the large shopping center of Arese, which houses dozens of shops of the big brands, as well as a huge supermarket, bars and restaurants, for a complete and fun shopping experience.
