This space is perfect for group getaways, wedding weekends, hunting trips and more! The space The property is a 40 x 80 foot s-model quonset hut with 20-foot ceilings and a great room with 6 large windows. There is 1 upstairs master bedroom with a balcony, 3 private sleep spaces downstairs (2 bedrooms, 1 non-conforming room without window), and additional sleeping in common spaces (1 futon on upstairs landing, 1 full size Murphy bed downstairs and 3 futon couches downstairs). There is an on-site coffee bar, 2 full double-vanity bathrooms (1 upstairs, 1 downstairs) with tubs (stand-alone upstairs, tub/shower combo downstairs) and plenty of lounge space inside and outdoors. Guest access This particular listing includes FULL access to all parts of the house mentioned. There is 1 bedroom upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs that are locked and only for owner use (not included in bedroom count on listing). Other things to note In the winter, the common space of the home is kept very cozy with a gas heater. There are also space heaters in each room for individual temperature control. We do NOT use the HVAC in the winter as it is quite inefficient and costly and ask that guests refrain from touching thermostats upstairs. In the summer, the HVAC works great to keep the house very cool and comfortable! Outside there are 2 box truck storage units on the side of the property that are not in view from inside and very minimally visible from the balcony/back patio. These are for owner storage and are not to be tampered with by guests.
