Family-friendly 80s detached house in good condition centrally located in Vennesla. There is a short distance to playground, shops, train station and bus. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood, half an hour from Sørlandsparken and Kristiansand Zoo by car. Bus to Kristiansand leaves from Vennesla station (about 5 min walking distance) 2 times an hour during the day and takes about 20 minutes. It is 10 minutes by car to Setesdalsbanen and great hiking opportunities in the surrounding area. Walking distance to the salmon-bearing part of the river Otra. The space Authentic 80s house, Block 19. The host cleans between each stay. Cleaning is included in the price. Guests will also receive freshly made beds and towels at no extra cost. The host built the house in 1981 and has lived here ever since. Spacious house with good layout. Office space, laundry and drying room are located on the 1st floor. Other things to note Rugs on the floors made of wool. The house is cleaned with only swan-labeled products. Bed linen and towels are washed with Blenda Sensitive and are not exposed to fabric softener. We have a water meter in the municipality and only use the necessary amount of water. If available on the 1st floor, the door to the woodshed is in the hallway.
