The space Our Villa Almendros is located in the hills of the private gated and secluded Faro Escondido residential inside of Los Sueños. It's one of Costa Rica's most exclusive communities, with 24-hour private security guards for ultimate privacy and safety. You'll have the Los Sueños Marina, restaurants, bars, beach, golf course, and pharmacy at your fingertips. It has 6 bedrooms (5 King sized beds, and 3 Twin sized beds,) with plenty of spacious indoor/outdoor lounge areas. With accommodations for 12 and many spacious terrace areas, Villa Almendros is the perfect place for a family vacation in the tropics, small corporate retreats, vacationing with friends, and exciting sport fishing excursions. Our exquisite design villa is decorated with modern and comfortable high end furniture and tropical-themed artwork. There are 4 TVs throughout the villa, including Fire Sticks for streaming services, and outdoor dining with jungle and ocean views. Wi-fi throughout the villa – so you can stream movies, music, or take wi-fi calls throughout the property. The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar and is open to the living area, so cooks can socialize as they slice or sautée. Each of the villa's bedrooms has large windows with amazing ocean views. The Master bedrooms each have private terraces and balconies. The master bedroom on the first floor has large doors that connect to the terrace and infinity pool. All bedrooms have AC units. This secluded villa opens to a spacious terrace with a sunny row of loungers, infinity pool and a pool bar and fire pit, surrounded by beautiful views of the ocean. Important to note: the jacuzzi is a cold water jacuzzi, it does not have a heater. You will be submerged in Costa Rican nature visited by scarlett macaws, toucans and monkeys! Dishwasher and washer/dryer are all included to make your stay pleasant in this amazing location. Service: Cleaning is 2x a week if you book for 6 days or more, daily housekeeping is available as a separate charge as well. Daily handyman from 8am to 6pm available. Security. Book a boat trip to Tortuga Island from the Marina, or spend the day golfing at La Iguana Golf Course. Jaco is less than a 20-minute drive away, so you can enjoy the famous Playa Jaco beach for surfing, restaurants, beach bars, nightlife, casinos, local shopping, and much more. Or take a day trip, about a 90-minute drive, to Quepos to visit the beautiful Manual Antonio National Park. You can also take a day trip to the city of San Jose, about 60 miles away, to explore Costa Rica’s capital’s metropolitan culture.
