The space The penthouse of 60 squ. metres on the 2nd floor without lift with direct sea view has a living room with an open, fully equipped kitchen: from an espresso and a coffee machine, a blender for smoothies, a kettle, toaster, microwave, built-in oven, a large fridge with extra freezer, a 3-ring induction hob until a washing machine. The large and cosy L-shaped sofa invites you to relax after a day at the beach. From the sofa you can watch the sea and the surfers surfing fantastic waves just in front of your window. The accommodation offers a lightning fast 600 MB fibre optic internet connection throughout the entire flat, including the terrace: Perfect for people who work with their Computer. Besides this invites you to watch a movie on the 43-inch Smart TV from the sofa. The sofa can be converted into a sofa bed of approx. 140 cm wideness. The spacious bedroom with sea view is furnished with a comfortable bed of 1.60 x 2 meters, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers with additional storage space. On request, we also offer a travel cot for small children with a very comfortable foam mattress, which can easily be placed next to the bed. The hallway leads to the 30 sqm private south-facing and from the Wind sheltered terrace. The view of the mountains and the banana plantations is fantastic. You can sunbathe on a sun lounger and cool off in the outdoor shower. If you prefer to read a book in the shade, you can set up the large parasol. In the evening, you can watch the many stars in the sky over a glass of wine dar away from city lights. The terrace is also an ideal place for practising yoga or meditating. There is a further room on the terrace with a small sofa bed measuring 0.80m x 2m and a folding desk for working or drawing if required. San Felipe is only 20 minutes by car or bus from the capital Las Palmas and 35 minutes from the airport. Guest access You can also use the roof terrace of the house at your own risk, to which all three apartments have access.
