Villa Vista is located just above city of Trogir. This newly built villa offers everything guests need for their relaxed vacation. It offers luxurious stay for 8 people. There are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, 3 are with spacious ensuite bathrooms. Each bedroom is with a double bed, AC, wardrobe and TV. On the ground floor is large living and kitchen area with dining table and view overlooking the islands. The whole property is available uniquely for our guests so they have complete privacy. The space The house area is located on the estate of 1050 m2 and it is designed for a luxurious stay for 8 people. Inside living space is 240 m2. Guests have an amazing panoramic sea view of the islands ( Čiovo, Brač, Hvar ) and UNESCO protected city of Trogir, which is only 10 min away. Facilities at the villa include an outdoor heated swimming pool with loungers (some of the amenities of swimming pool are counter current swimming and massage), outside shower, overlooking the town of Trogir as well as beautiful Adriatic islands. Parking place for 3 cars. At the open outdoor fireplace guests can enjoy barbecue under the covered terrace with dinning outside furniture. Guest access Everything on the property is only for guests use. Nothing is shared. There is big heated swimming pool, outside shower, summer kitchen with dinning area as well as sitting area by the pool. If traveling with children there is as well children playground on the property. Other things to note Distance from the center of Trogir is 10 min & from Split is 30 minutes. Airport SPLIT (SPU) is in 20min, beach and sea 5-7min. Trogir ACI marine (yacht marine) is 10 minutes away and Baotić yachting ( Seget boat marine ) is 5 minutes distance. You will be just a short ride away from all the restaurants and other attractions yet in a quiet area for cozy, relaxing summer evenings. NOTE* We do not accept reservations from people under the age of 23. We reserve the right to refuse reservations that do not meet this criteria. In addition, house rules strictly prohibit parties or events as well as smoking. Keep in mind that pets (small pets) are on request and with an extra charge. Security deposit is €500. Upon arrival the host will give you detailed information about the facility, and you will be informed about the additional services offered.
