To ensure respect for the neighborhood and the durability of the materials, confirmation of your reservation implies strict acceptance of the following rules: 🚫 1. Parties, Gatherings and Get-Togethers Prohibited Zero tolerance: No parties, gatherings or get-togethers are allowed in the property or on the terrace. Strict occupancy limit: Only guests listed on the official Airbnb reservation are allowed to enter the premises. The presence of undeclared outside guests will result in immediate cancellation of the stay without refund. 🤫 2. Respect for the Neighborhood & Quiet Hours Quiet hours: Absolute quiet is required between 8:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. both indoors and on the terrace. Noise disturbance: Any daytime or nighttime noise disturbance reported by the neighbors or the property management company will result in immediate eviction from the premises with the assistance of a bailiff/security service, as well as the forfeiture of the security deposit. 🌿 3. Use of outdoor and indoor areas with open windows Loud conversations, music, and raised voices are strictly prohibited in the evening. 🔓 Safety: When you leave, all windows overlooking the ground floor must be locked for obvious reasons of safety and protection against the weather. 🧽 4. Inventory & Respect for Materials. Courtesy cleanliness: Although the cleaning fee is included for hotel disinfection, the accommodation must be returned in a decent state of cleanliness (dishes washed and put away, trash taken out, no major residue on the floor). ⛑️ Damage: The furniture, equipment, materials, and everything that makes up or is an integral part of the accommodation is subject to a strict before/after inventory. Any excessive mess or damage (broken equipment, indelible stains) will be charged at the actual cost. 🔑 5. Lockbox Security - Mandatory Locking: When you check out, the keys must be placed back in the outside box. You must scramble the opening code (never leave the dials on the valid combination). Failure to comply with this instruction makes you liable in the event of an intrusion.
