One-bedroom condo with parking in the heart of hip Mount Pleasant. Walk to specialty coffee, bakeries, boutiques, bars, breweries, transit, groceries, and Michelin restaurants. Sunny west-facing windows. Underground parking in secure low-rise elevator building. Full kitchen. Nespresso with pods. Blackout blinds. Fast WiFi. Queen organic latex foam bed. Couch can be single bed for third guest under 5'11. 1-min walk to B-Line. 8-min cab to Rogers Arena/BC Place. 4-min cab to Canada Line for YVR. The space This 650-sq ft. (60-sq m) apartment features a large enclosed bedroom, living room and dining area, reading nook, full kitchen, in-unit free washer and dryer, a bathroom with a 17 in by 55 in bathtub, and an included underground parking spot. As my primary residence, the condo has been recently updated and set up for comfortable living. There are enough plates, bowls, cups, knives, forks, spoons, chopsticks, etc. for a dinner party of up to six people. My place is not suitable for larger gatherings or events! Guest access Guests have access to the entire condo (minus the locked storage closet by the entrance) and to the secure underground parking spot (stall 26 located on P2). Other things to note The apartment overlooks Main Street, so there will be ambient traffic sound, particularly at rush hour. The street calms down considerably at night. The construction across the road is an underground station for the Broadway Subway project. Noise from the site is minimal now that they have completed the excavation work and are pouring concrete into forms. I sometimes hear concrete trucks idling on the street during the day.
