Immersed in the green woods of the Prealps and a few minutes drive from Lake Maggiore and shops or amenities ( 15 minutes by car) the village is an outdoor art gallery To reach the village, the last 3 km of road are curved and uphill. This " out of the world" place with few inhabitants offers art, nature, waterfalls and enchanting places. The space The accommodation is an "open space" of about 40 square meters, equipped with a sleeping area with double bed (160x 190 cm) Living room corner with two armchairs and coffee table and working area with chair, lamp and bookshelf. The kitchen has everything you need: gas stove, microwave and toaster, refrigerator, sink, table with wooden bench and two chairs, vintage furniture with plates and glasses, cutlery, cups and cups and utensils. Full bathroom with shower , sink and bidet. The property is located on the second floor of a 1600s historic courtyard house, it has a private entrance with a key. The 1800's chestnut wood balconies are a flowery backdrop to the entrance. The suite is accessed via a stone staircase made of 26 steps. Inside the courtyard are three frescoes by Italian painters, a vintage press, and several tools and rural objects used in 1900. This attic is spacious, bright with views of the village and mountains. You will find everything you need for a pleasant and relaxing stay Vintage details, objects and books, board games. Inside the courtyard there are two other apartments and while everyone has their own space and privacy, it's easy to meet me or other guests. The place is suitable for those who want a quiet vacation in a rural context, for those who love mountain walks, for those who want to discover the area of Lake Maggiore, Lake Varese and Lake Como. Our property only uses energy from certified renewable sources NEW: on the ground floor of the courtyard it is open for guests to our "Home Restaurant" where you will only find by reservation: pasta, risotto, vegetarian menus upon request, sweets .
